Banking At Your Finger (Thumb) Tips

Now getting information on your accounts is as easy as sending a text message. If you already bank with First Commercial Bank Online but don't use a smartphone, text banking is a convenient way to access your accounts on the go!

Text Banking Commands
CMD Retrieve a list of available text banking commands
BAL Receive account balances. (Note: Available Balance for deposit accounts is the balance of funds available for withdrawal or transfer; certain pending transactions, such as deposits that contain checks may not be available.)
BAL (nickname) Receive the balance of the account specified by its nickname
LAST

Returns a list of your most recently posted transactions
LAST (nickname) Returns the most recently posted transactions for the account specified by its nickname
TRA (from acct nickname 1) (to account nickname 2) Transfer funds between two First Commercial Bank Online accounts
CTRAN Cancel scheduled transfers
ATM (zip) Returns a list of the banks ATMs nearby
BRANCH (zip) Returns a list of the banks branches nearby
TIMEZONE Change the timezone profile
HELP Returns a list of text commands and the support contact phone number
STOP Deactivates mobile banking from the device

To activate text banking register your phone following these easy steps:

  1. Login to First Commercial Bank Online
  2. Go to the Mobile tab
  3. Enter your phone information in the Phones tab under Add Phone Number
  4. Select Register

You will recieve a text message on your mobile device containing a verification code within a few minutes. Enter this code in the "Enter Pin" field and select "Verfiy" to complete registration. Then text your commands to 27244 (FCBUSAI).
