Mobile Alerts

Information You Need to Keep Up to Speed

Mobile alerts are sent directly to your mobile device via text message and are an easy way to keep track of select account activity and to monitor your account for unusual activity. A mobile alert can let you know about activity in your account so that you can respond by transferring funds, or taking security precautions.

These alerts can be recieved when enrolled in FCBUSA Mobile utilizing our app, mobile website, or text banking. To activate mobile alerts:

  1. Log in to First Commercial Bank Online
  2. Go to the Mobile tab
  3. Enter your phone information in the Phones tab under Add Phone Number
  4. Select, under Alerts, the accounts for which you would like to receive alerts
  5. Select Register

The following alerts are available:

Customer Alert Action
Username Change If my Username is changed
Password Changed If my Password is changed
Email Address Changed If my Email Address is changed
Account Alert Action Checking Savings Loan
Low Balance When balance amount in account has reached your preset threshold x x  
Withdrawal Threshold Exceeded When amount debited from account has reached your preset threshold x x x
Deposit Confirmation When the deposit transaction is posted to account x x  
Overdraft Posted When overdraft is posted to your account x x  
Check Cleared When check is paid for account x    
Withdrawal Confirmation When the withdrawal transaction is posted to the account x x x

You can stop all text banking capability and mobile alerts to your device by texting STOP to FCBUSAI (27244).
