If you are like many of us, getting a mortgage loan or a line of credit secured by your home is a big decision and likely to be one of the largest transactions you will make. Because of that you want to be assured that the bank and individual you work with are reputable. The Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing (S.A.F.E.) Act was enacted to protect consumers and requires loan representatives to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry. They must provide a full professional background to a publicly accessible national database. Each registrant is assigned a unique Nationwide Mortgage License number (identifier) which must be made available to consumers.

Find your FCBUSA Loan Representative - Locate your FCBUSA  loan representative and his/her Nationwide Mortgage License number, then go to Nmlsconsumeraccess.org (Information on First Commercial Bank, N.A (USA) loan representatives will be available starting August 2011.)
