Cash When You Need It

• Cash advances — Available at any of our branches, worldwide at ATMS displaying the Visa logo, and from more than 400,000 Visa member offices; up to $250 cash advance per stay from participating hotels around the world.
• Guaranteed check cashing — Cash personal checks for up to $200 a day at participating hotels.
• Emergency cash Disbursement — up to $5,000 from over 10,000 emergency service locations and Western Union offices, and through wire transfer services.
• Purchase protection — Most personal items purchased with your Gold card will be protected from theft and many types of damage, worldwide, by a 90-Day Purchase Security Program.

Protection When You Travel

• Travel Accident Insurance – When you purchase your tickets on any licensed common carrier, you and your family are covered up to $500,000 of Travel Insurance, at no additional charge to you.
• Auto Rental Collision Damage Waiver – Automatic coverage for the full value of your rented automobile in the event of collision, theft, or vandalism.
• Travel and Emergency Assistance Services
  • Travel information – Health precautions, weather reports, currency exchange, visas, immunizations, and other travel information are available through Visa’s Pre-Trip Assistance service.
  • Legal Referral Assistance – Referrals to local attorneys and United States embassies and consulates. The service follows up and maintains communication with your family.
  • Medical Referral Assistance – Referrals to qualified physicians and facilities, monitoring of your medical condition, and communication with your family. Where authorized, medical payments are arranged and guaranteed.
  • Pre-Trip Assistance – Give you information on your destination before you leave – information such as ATM locations, currency exchange rates, weather reports, health precautions, immunizations and required passport Visa’s.
  • Lost Luggage Reimbursement – when you pay for the entire cost of common coach tickets with your Visa Card you will be eligible to receive reimbursement for your checked luggage and its contents.
  • Prescription assistance and document delivery – Assistance with filling your prescription at the nearest location. Courier delivery can be arranged if valuable documents are needed.

Additional Services

• Emergency assistance – Toll-free help from the Visa International Assistance Center 24 hours a day.
• Lost Visa card – Replacement within 24 hours if your card is lost in the US or Canada. Elsewhere, cards can be replaced within one business day.
• Emergency Medical/Dental Benefit – You’re eligible if you use your eligible Visa Card to pay for your trip. You will be eligible to receive up to a maximum of $2,500 (subject to a $50 deductible) for medical expenses not paid or payable by your medical insurance.
